Jennifer Conley, Co-Founder

A former Nursing Home Executive Director, then stay at home mom to twins via gestational carrier. After venturing back to the work force and wanting to find a balance between work and home with flexibility, she found her passion in Real Estate. Currently an agent with Coldwell Banker. With a  desire to give back and passion for helping others, Journey to Parenthood was formed. Jen’s hope is to bring much success and happiness in helping families achieve their dreams of parenthood.

Colleen Brierley, BA, JD, Co-Founder

Litigation attorney, member Massachusetts BAR, specializing in children and family law before the Probate and Juvenile Trial Courts. Colleen is also a guardian ad litem and certified by the trial court as a court investigator in child abuse cases. She is the mother of five, having adopted three children through the foster care system. Colleen is enthusiastic and dedicated to the mission of JTP to provide financial support and education for people seeking to become parents through infertility treatments and adoption.

Dan Harrington

Sr. Accountant/Financial Analyst at Beacon Mutual Insurance Company in Warwick, RI. Dan had previously spent 7 years as an auditor in public accounting after graduating from the College of the Holy Cross in 2005. Dan is very passionate about JTP’s goals and will serve the organization by providing accounting and financial expertise.

Kristine Cox

Surrogate for Jennifer (co-founder) and her husband, Kenneth Conley. B.S.S.P from Emerson College. In addition, to working on various projects in both the non-profit and profit sectors, Kristine’s primary careers were in the areas of marketing, programming, promotions, and sales for WODS-FM and WBZ-AM. Currently, lives in Braintree with her husband and two children.

Kate McNutt, RN BSN

25 years nursing experience within the maternal child health field currently working at Lowell General Hospital on the mother-infant unit past experience both personally and professionally with infertility view the “journey to parenthood” as a personal and necessary journey that a prospective parent explores to achieve a simple dream with a possible complicated reality.

Bob Millin

A proven corporate strategist and experiential marketing innovator, Bob has designed and orchestrated game-changing global marketing events, corporate meetings, summits, and trade show sponsorships. His forte is to synchronize diverse marketing messages to create renowned, compelling and highly attended convergences of customers, business partners, and global service providers.

Bob Millin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Education from Fitchburg State College in Massachusetts.

Utilizing over 25 years of experience working in the event management business, Bob helped launch Journey To Parenthood’s first annual fundraising event, raising funding to support JTP’s mission to offer grants to families struggling with infertility a chance of fulfilling their dreams of parenthood.
